3. How to activate Jio sim?

For your Jio sim to get activated there is Tele-verification process that you need to complete. Call 1977 (toll-free number) from your Jio sim and provide the details about your identity and address. After that, all you need to do is – sit back and wait for your jio sim to get activated.

4. How to convert 2GB preview offer to unlimited data?

After your sim is activated, you will not be getting unlimited data and calls. As a preview, you will be given 2GB of 4G data and 100 calls. But don’t you worry. There is a way in which you can convert these previews offers into unlimited packs.

  • You need to install an app called as “MyJio”, which is available in the play store as well as in the app store.
  • Tap of “Avail offers”
  • Make sure you have you Jio sim inserted into the mobile and have the data enabled.
  • You will be taken to a page where you need to click on “Submit” to download and install a couple of Reliance Jio apps –  JioPlay, JioOnDemand, JioBeats and JioMoney.
  • After successful installation of the apps. The Jio preview Unlimited benefits will be assigned to your number.

5. What is the 4G data Speed of Reliance Jio?
